It's Time to Write Your Brave Book. The World Needs Your Story!

What you should expect when joining our program:

Prepare,
write, and grow!

After three business prep sessions (in January, February, and March), we dedicate weekly time to write with the goal of getting your first draft manuscript finished and ready for an editor’s eyes.

We’ll meet 3-4 times each month on Tuesdays, from 2-4 pm Eastern, with a few exceptions.

All calls will be recorded. You can send questions ahead of time to be answered on the call in case you have to miss one.

Capitalizing your business growth

Writing your book is one big goal. And, if you have a book, you have a business.

Three bonus business prep sessions will enable you to support the business behind your book.

This is the part most book-writing programs don’t include, yet it’s one of the things that ensures success when you’re done writing!

You'll enjoy three 2-hour sessions (in January, February, and March) to get you prepared for your writing.

Joining a community of invested writers

Writing together is writing better. We invest the time and energy to foster a supportive community with authors who will support your journey.

Having friends who will read your work, give you feedback, help you proof, and support your book launch is priceless.

WHAT NOT TO EXPECT

Our program is NOT:

A publishing course

But heads up - I’ll be gifting you with many bonuses, one of them being a special self-publishing workshop. If you’re interested in publishing with Brave Healer Productions when your book is finished, I’ll send you information on that, too!

Professional editing or 1:1 book coaching

You’ll be learning badass self-editing techniques and get some powerful group book coaching. I will offer some limited editing to the group at a steep discount. But this program isn’t going to provide personal editing for your project. You’ll want to hire an editor when your manuscript is complete and I know some awesome editors!

The business sessions will be geared toward your book idea, your ideal reader, and the systems you'll need to put in place to ensure a successful book launch.

Session Schedule

If it’s not scheduled, it’s not real. Writing a book is a commitment you must prioritize on your calendar.

When you receive the schedule, please spend some time calendaring all sessions!

Main content and writing sessions for 2026 will be on TUESDAYS from 2-4 pm Eastern, with a few exceptions throughout the year.

The schedule is subject to change, however I try my best to keep it consistent!

All calls are recorded and sent out to you. If you can’t make a session, protect the time on your calendar as soon after the call as possible to watch the replay. I will send replays by the next morning eastern time.

NOTE: The schedule is subject to change. I ask for your grace and flexibility as the year rolls out. It’s a small miracle to schedule an entire year program. There will most likely be some changes as we go; I will do my very best to minimize those.

Go through the following checklist to get the most out of this program.

Let's hear your story

Sit at your computer and type out "the story of your life.” You can pick ANY topic that you can write forever about:

Set a timer for 20 minutes and type continuously. Once the timer goes off, you’ll have the number of words you can write in 20 minutes. Multiply that number by three, and you’ll have (approximately) the number of words you can type in an hour. You’ll use this to help you meet your writing goals and calendar extra writing time during the year.

Equipment Check

Make sure your computer and other equipment is ready and updated. If you haven’t updated the operating system on your computer in a while, or are due for a new one, now’s the time to do that! Great, perfectly-working equipment is a foundation for a great process!

Start Today

Open up a new document on your computer and title it “MY BOOK.” Open up a second document on your computer and title it “MY BOOK OUTLINE and TABLE OF CONTENTS.” Voila! You have started writing your book! These will be the two places we begin writing at the end of March/beginning of April.
